Director. After graduating in Accountancy & Business Management, Tom secured the unique opportunity at such an early stage of his professional career to join Maven Capital Partners at the outset of the new Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund (NPIF) in 2017. Following 5 years highly successful Private Equity experience, Tom has joined Martin and the team in 2022 to focus primarily on recruiting key FD/CFO’s for similarly ambitious entrepreneurial SME’s to support their exciting growth strategy.
